In this issue of Vínculos Latinos, meet the new officers, Major Edelweiss G. Santos-Diaz and Captain Edwin Velez, both from the Eastern Territory, who support the new English Language Learner (ELL) program at the College for Officer Training (CFOT). At present, there are two Spanish speaking couples (four cadets) that are benefiting from the program.
